Little talk about my hobbies

I love making art, in any form that is. My favourite would be painting portraits and keeping a sketchbook.

I also love graphic design and working on personal projects on made up brands. I love brand identity designing and product designs. One of my favorite designer youtubers would be Abi Connic, her videos are so educational and well made. she makes it all look so easy and smooth.

I also recently got into zine making, and i have made 2 issues based on my journal entries from 2024, im hoping to make a collection and have them linked for view :3

I also have a love for crocheting and i made a bunch of little strawberry keychains and a bunch of granny squares and lots of random projects.

at this point you might start to pick up on the fact that i am a fixation based person, and obviously rn it is learning how to code, and i surely hope tonot lose this new found love into the depths of the infitnite void of new interests.

my current series and watch list?

I recently finished Young Sheldon and oh i loved it so much, it was well made andall the characters realy had so much depth. As a Big bang Theory fan i surely am very happy with it. on that note i realy wish if they would re-release tbbt without the laughing track.

boyfriend got me into watching Star Wars with him because i had never seen it, and omygod?? why and how did i went throught my entire life without this? i love it so much, the amount of detail and work put into the sets and design and the storyyy ITS SO GOOD the fact that the first one is from 1977 and it looks that good?? so well made and creative im so impressed. Darthvaders villain origin story is so good, its soo good im so late to this fandom but i hope its still alive. Hopefully ill get to read the books!?

I also started watching Breaking Bad which was also suggested by my boyf and AA im glad i have someone pushing me into good watchlists, i realy do be needing a good push into starting things. like i need someone to help me get hooked in. then after that i become an unhealthy addict until the hypnosis wears off or i accidentaly cut off the fixation line. this does summarise my hobby life as well, also applies to studying and homeworks and chores and basically anything actually. its a bit tough for me to start things and once i start it then gets hard for me to stop an if i take a break i again have to repeat all that process to start. ( i need professional help )

Games

I wouldn't call myself a gamer but i know i have the potential of one. My boyfriend is an actual gamer with great taste. the ones that easily caches my interests are 2d pixel type games, when i was about 10/11 my mom got me one of those retro gaming console with the gun and you get a cartridge with games like super mario. Playing supermario on it was one of the best experiences ever and i have so much love for games that have the same feelings which probably is the reason for what peaks my interests in games. I remember the final level of fighting bowser to save the princess and how many times i restart and how my mom would join in to help me win. it was realy the best.

Me and my friends had a phase in 2012 where we played this online game called Transformice, it was like an openworld and we were mice trying to get cheese and get back to the gate? it had alot of people and a niche community in a forum space called Cheezeformice.

then there is Undertale and i loved the art and the gameplay, i loved the music and the story, my bestfriend introduced it to me in 2016 if i remember it correctly. as i said ealier, i realy enjoy 2d pixel games with those cute sound track, it realy brings me so much joy and comfort.

i said, my boyfriend is the real gamer and he has showed me so much of the game world, things for a 2d cozy game enthusiast takes a while to comprehend. but im slowly getting the hang of it.

his favorite game is Red Dead Redemption and he tells me about it all the time, he loves Arthur morgan he is very excited for me to play it, and i cant wait to experience it myself either. He tells me how the game manages to never let you feel bored even if all you do is ride around with your horse in a field of grass and that he cant comprehend how they manage to do that.

I found Detroit becomes human is helping me adjust into the 3d game world and the game has started to grow on me as well. I have trouble remembering the buttons and adjusting my camera and keeping up smooth approach in a 3d space while simultaneously responding and making in game decisions. But i feel positive that i will reach comfort within 3d games soon so YIPPEE ARTHUR MORGAN YOU WAIT

Our favourite dou game would be It takes two and i love playing it with my boyf, we obviously take alot more time because i suck. but hey i love it and we have so much fun. The amount of detail put into this is insane, the amount of side quests and again the DETAILS you can realy explore so much and find alot of cool things. i realy love looking around in that.

he also gave me Hollowknight AND I FELL INLOVE ITS THE BEST I LOVE IT SO MUCH, i didn't have a controller so i played on my lap keys and i managed to make it to the bouncy mushroom area, i soo love the character designs and the maps and everything.
